Data we collect

  • Contact details you submit (name, email, message content, optional service interest and device/entry counts)
  • Technical logs reasonably required to operate the site (for example IP address and browser type in server logs)
  • Cookie preference choice stored in your browser (see Cookies)

We do not ask for seed phrases, private keys, or full wallet address lists through the public form. If you voluntarily include sensitive custody details, we will ask you to resend a redacted version.

We process enquiry data to respond to your request, prepare estimates, and deliver commissioned work. Where required, we rely on steps prior to entering a contract, our legitimate interest in operating a register desk, or consent for optional analytics cookies.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is needed for accounting, dispute, or legal obligation. Completed commission files (without secrets) may be retained up to 7 years for warranty and reprint matching.

Sharing

We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by Hong Kong law or to protect rights and safety.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside Hong Kong, we take steps appropriate to the transfer, such as contractual safeguards, and will identify significant transfers on request.

Your rights

Subject to Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you may request access to and correction of your personal data, and raise questions about our practices, by emailing contact@cloudinfraworks.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data in Hong Kong.

Children

Our services are directed to adults arranging cold-storage operations. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may revise this Privacy Policy by updating this page. Material changes will be noted by a revised effective context on the page when practical.
