Refunds & cancellations
Scope
This policy covers fees for Custody Register Commissions, Labeling Studio Sessions, Register Audits, and Refresh & Reprint work offered by Cloud Infra Works Digital. It does not cover goods or delivery models we do not sell.
Eligibility window
Refund requests should be sent to contact@cloudinfraworks.digital within 14 days of the charge date, or before production materials are ordered—whichever comes first for commissions.
Full refunds
- Studio sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice
- Audits cancelled before the scheduled visit or studio review begins
- Commissions cancelled before paper, binding, or label stock is ordered on your behalf
Partial refunds
If production has started but goods are not yet handed over, we may refund fees minus documented materials and labour already incurred (typically 40–70% retained depending on stage). You will receive a written breakdown.
Non-refundable items
- Custom-bound registers after handover and acceptance
- Cut label sets after you confirm the proof match
- Materials purchased for bilingual or specialty stock once ordered
- No-shows for studio sessions without prior notice
Deposits
Materials deposits for commissions are applied to the final invoice. Unused deposit balance is refundable if you cancel before materials are ordered; after ordering, deposits cover stock and are generally non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Studio sessions and on-site audits may be rescheduled once at no charge with 24 hours’ notice. Further changes may incur an administrative fee of HK$300.
Work already started
If labeling has begun on devices you brought to the studio, session fees are not refundable even if you end early. You keep any labels applied.
Process and timing
Email contact@cloudinfraworks.digital with your name, date of payment, and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days. Bank processing times may add several days.
Exceptions
Typhoon or government restrictions that close Kwun Tong access on a session day entitle you to a free reschedule or a full refund of that session fee at your choice.
