Custody Register Commission
A custom-bound offline address book with matching device labels for cold-storage wallet operations.
Who this is for
People and small desks who keep hardware wallets, seed backups, and offline address lists in cold storage—and need one paper register that matches the labels on every device.
What you receive
- A bound offline address book with ruled entry fields for nickname, device ID, deposit location, date logged, and notes
- A coordinated set of durable labels sized for your devices and storage sleeves
- A one-page labeling legend (ink colours, abbreviation rules, void/replace procedure)
- A handover walkthrough at our Kwun Tong studio or, by arrangement, at your secure room in Hong Kong
What is not included
We do not hold keys, seed phrases, or devices after handover. We do not provide software, cloud sync, or remote monitoring. Cryptographic advice beyond labeling and register structure is outside this commission.
Process
- Brief — device count, storage layout, naming habits, humidity and handling constraints.
- Draft layout — sample pages and label proofs for your approval.
- Production — binding, printing, and quality check under our rainy-glass work lamps (yes, we inspect edges).
- Handover — you verify every label against the first register pages before cold storage resumes.
Preparation
Bring a written inventory of devices and the nicknames you already use. Do not bring seed material to the studio unless you have agreed a sealed, witnessed procedure in advance.
Constraints
Turnaround depends on paper stock and label substrate. Rush work is limited when custom foil or archival ink is required. We work in English; Chinese dual-language registers are available on request with extra proofing time.
Next step
Request this register work with your approximate entry count. We reply within two business days with a scoped estimate.
