Acceptance

By enquiring about or purchasing services from Cloud Infra Works Digital (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not submit a brief or attend a session.

Services

We provide physical register binding, labeling materials, studio sessions, audits, and related advisory limited to offline address books and labeling registers for cold-storage wallet operations. Descriptions on this website are informational; the written estimate and any order confirmation control the scope of a specific engagement.

Client responsibilities

You remain solely responsible for the security of devices, seed material, and address information. You must not leave unprotected secrets at our premises. You confirm you have authority to label and document the items you present.

Intellectual property

Templates, legends, and layout designs we create remain our intellectual property until handover of the finished goods, at which point you receive a licence to use that specific register and label set for your custody operations. You may not resell our blank templates as a competing product.

Appointments

Studio sessions held without 24 hours’ notice of cancellation may be charged in full. We may reschedule for safety, weather disruption affecting Kwun Tong access, or materials delays.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Hong Kong, we are not liable for loss of digital assets, compromise of keys, or consequential damages arising from your cold-storage practices. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for new enquiries.
